Notably, this paddle excels in generating spin. My spin tests consistently recorded an average of 2150 RPMs, placing it among the highest measurements I’ve encountered.
Its widebody shape prioritizes forgiveness and maneuverability at the cost of some reach. However, for most players, I think the benefits outweigh the slight sacrifice in reach.
The paddle’s thermoformed design gives it some access to power, but the wider shape softens the tension in its sweet spot and keeps power levels under control. This gives it a softer feel than hybrid and elongated shaped paddles while still offering more power than past generation widebody paddles.
An additional appealing feature is the rare combination of the widebody shape with a longer 5.5″ handle. This pairing allows for two-handed shots and provides increased leverage for heightened power and spin.
Lastly, the paddle is available in both 14mm and 16mm options. While I highly recommend the 16mm paddle as one of the finest control paddles, the 14mm version is a suitable choice for those seeking a bit more explosiveness and speed.

What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence. This includes the grip, edge or edge guard and face materials.
- Any modifications made to the paddle.
- Fading of graphics.
- Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground or other paddles (this can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim).
- Not being the original purchaser.
- Used in commercial applications or rentals.
