2024 Hot List Silver Award

We like to add a strong value paddle to our hot list if there is one. The all-court category has one in the Neonic Force 16mm. This is a brand you may have never heard of. Brands will send Braydon their paddles all the time but he can’t review them all and most of them don’t deserve reviews. But the Neonic Force sticks out for a couple of reasons.

1. It has a light swingweight and higher twistweight measurements. This is a nice combo that you don’t see too often in elongated shapes like this one.
2. It uses the latest technology in paddle design with its foam edge and thermoforming construction but costs less than $100 with our discount code.

Though its price is cheaper, it doesn’t feel like that when you play with it. It has a quality feel, is well balanced and easy to maneuver, offers good pop at the net, and gives you decent power from the baseline. 

The spin on the paddle is good at an average of around 1750 RPMs but it’s not a top tier spin paddle which is the only thing keeping it from our gold list.

The bottom line: The Neonic Force 16mm has the all-court playabilty and stability of a thermoformed paddle but is lighter and easier to move around. It plays well and happens to cost less than $100.
